Let me introduce myself, my name is Karen Grunlund and I have been working in the Real Estate industry for over six years.
I originally came to BC from Ontario in 1990 and started working for Lewiscraft, where I quickly worked my way up to assistant manager. In 1994 I took time off to start a family and spent the next eight years at home raising my children. While I enjoyed being at home with my children, once they were in school full time I decided that I wanted to get back into the workforce.

In 2002 I was introduced to the Real Estate industry when I started working as an assistant to a well know realtor in Langley. I enjoyed the work and client contact so much that I felt that this was something I could really put my heart and soul into. I registered for the Real Estate Trading Services course at UBC and within a year was licensed as a Realtor.

As a large part of first time home buyers start in a strata property (eg. townhome or condo), I enrolled in the Strata Property Management course at UBC in order to be able to offer my clients the best service. I can, with great confidence, answer any and all questions and deal with any paperwork associated with Strata.

I am currently taking the Brokerage course to further expand my knowledge and service to my clients and I plan on continuing seeking further education to be the best possible Realtor for my clients.
