Peter Haladin has been a certified Realtor since 1972 when he finished a 4 year Diploma Course- (FRI BC) with a Diploma in appraisal. Peter specialized in acreage sales since 1974 and residential sales in the Fraser Valley since 1976.

In 1986 Peter opened First Capital Realty in Fort Langley. Since that time First Capital has bought, sold and managed hundreds of residential and comercial properties in the village of Fort Langley.

Peter's Developments in Fort Langley

In l989 Peter constructed the Fort Langley Strip Mall, 15,300 sqft of commercial space with a liquor store, bakery, veterinary clinic, coffee shop, pet food store and gift shop.

He managed the Mall from 1989-2006 and handled the sales of many of the businesses within the mall during that period.



In 1994 Peter developed, constructed and managed the only condominium building in Fort Langley: "Heritage Manor", located at 9124 Glover Road with 16 apartments and 5 commercial stores. Since that time Peter has managed over 95% of all re sales in the building.
